‘Bio’ is booming, the label promises sustainably produced, healthy food. Farming in harmony with nature, circular economy, resource conservation and animal welfare are seemingly modern buzzwords. The film tells of the eventful history of organic farming and of the pioneers to whom we owe ‘Bio’.
