This road-documentary takes us from France and Italy, to Spain and Switzerland, in the quest of good, tasty and eco-friendly wine. With much sensitivity, various winegrowers explain the indivisible link between the environment and the richness of the wine. Living in amazing landscapes, these men and women are producing organic wine, away from the controversies surrounding the use and promotion of genetically modified seeds, with one main goal: recovering the pleasure of taste in our glasses.
